Help Me Raise $3200 to Finish My Degree

Hi, my name is Dalitso Mseteka, and I am a senior Mathematics major with a minor in Finance at Oakwood University.

I am incredibly close to graduating, but I currently have an outstanding balance of $7,700 that must be paid by May 7th in order to continue toward graduation.

Over the past four years, I have done everything within my control to fund my education:

• Maintained a 3.6 GPA

• Served as a Resident Assistant to offset housing costs

• Worked the maximum hours allowed on campus

• Completed a finance internship at Microsoft

• Applied for scholarships and institutional aid

Despite these efforts, I do not qualify for additional student loans, and I have exhausted the financial aid available to me. The remaining balance is simply more than I can raise alone in such a short time.

This degree represents more than just graduation. It represents opportunity for my family, for my future, and for the communities I hope to serve. As a first-generation international student navigating education in the U.S., every step has required resilience, discipline, and faith.

I am not asking lightly. I am asking because I have worked relentlessly to get here and I am one final hurdle away from walking across the stage.
