Hi! My name is Dale, I’m a very sweet pitbull who was found by my new parents in a rough part of Knox TN recently. Since being in my new home, we have discovered that on top of having scars, scrapes, malnourishment, and ground teeth from trying so hard to escape my crate that I also have heart worms. I also have signs of being used as a fight dog, as I have a suspicious tattoo and I was not microchipped. Life has not been kind to me and I’m so grateful to be getting the care I need now, but vet bills add up quick! My parents have already spent close to $500 already to get me on the right path to recovery and we still have a long way to go. I need shots to treat my heart worms before they cause my body more damage and they come with a hefty price. My first shot is $532 and my second round with two shots will be $794. Please help my parents save up the money to get me in tip-top shape so I can run and play again and live a long, healthy life in my new fur-ever home!
