As many have heard, Dale was in a motorcycle accident yesterday afternoon in Mason City.

Dale is in Mercy Des Moines. He will be in the Intensive Care Unit for 3-5 days.

He broke his left clavicle, 4 ribs on the left side, T6 and T7 vertebrae, and left hip/pelvis.

As of right now, they are not doing surgery. He has a sling on his arm and a back brace. No weight bearing on his left leg/hip for 8 weeks. Dale will be off work for a long period of time and his family will also be driving back and forth to DSM to see him. This was created to help him and his family pay for immediate needs, gas, and hotels, in addition to helping supplement the time he will be off as he recently started a new job. Dale and Jill are always the first to help others in their time of need by volunteering or donating; this is an opportunity to give back to them and help them through this difficult time.
