Support Dale Clough on his recovery journey

Dearest friends, family, and neighbors near and far,

On Sunday afternoon while enjoying time at home with his family, Dale noticed that he was losing sensation and movement in his left hand and immediately asked someone to drive him to the hospital. Thankfully he listened to his inner voice as he was in the midst of having a mild stroke. He was transferred to Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center where he was taken for more testing, including an MRI. In the midst of having the MRI a new clot moved into the brain resulting in another stroke. He was quickly sent for a faster cat scan and brought in for surgery to remove the clot. Surgery was successful with 95% of all clots being removed. He is now resting and recovering and is in a stable condition. It is unsure as of now what lasting damage there will be but it is clear that this could be a lengthy road to recovery.

We as Dale’s family are asking for donations to support Dale and Deb during this difficult time as they navigate the aftermath of this event. If you know Dale and Deb you will know that they are the first to step up and help those in need, whether they know them or not. Now we are asking their community to bless them with support to help ease the financial burden they are facing. These funds will support them with the extra expenses that come along with a long stay at Dartmouth as well as modifications to be made to their home to make it wheelchair accessible. Any amount truly makes a big difference and from the bottom of our hearts, we appreciate your generosity.
