Support Dale After Erik's Tragic Loss

Hi, my name is Jodie Hill, and I’m reaching out on behalf of all of Dale Martin’s coworkers. We’re coming together to ask for your help!

On Monday, January 27, Dale’s son, Erik, was out with a friend, and while we’re not sure if they were heading back to his mom’s house, Erik had fallen asleep in the front seat. Because he was asleep, he wasn’t wearing his seatbelt—yes, we understand the safety concerns, but we ask for understanding and compassion in this moment. Sadly, the driver lost control of the vehicle, skidded, fishtailed, hit the shoulder, rolled, and struck a tree. Erik was pronounced dead on arrival, while the driver was taken to Sarasota Memorial with minor injuries. As you can imagine, this is an unimaginable loss for Dale—not only the tragic death of her child but also the financial strain that comes with such an event. We want to make sure she doesn’t face this burden alone.
