My car blew up on me around Christmas while I was on my way back from a trip to visit family in Atlanta.

I had a Hyundia Accent 2017 and I only drove it 2,453 miles before the engine exploded without warning. Having checked with my mechanic before the trip, I saw no reason to worry until it was too late.

I made the mistake of not extending my warranty, thinking that my car was in great condition. Geico also wouldn't help since this was a mechanical failure and not an accident, not covered under comprehensive coverage.

These are mistakes I will not make again.

So I'm without a car now and lost a $15k car after only 4 months of driving it. I plan to move closer to my college and uber now to save money since buying another car would only be buying more problems. I'm leaving this here for anyone wanting to help make up for my $15k loss as I continue my education.
