Dear friends, family, and kind-hearted strangers,

I am reaching out to you today with a heavy heart but also with a spirit of hope. My brother-in-law, Dakota, has recently been diagnosed with Burkitt lymphoma, one of the fastest growing and aggressive forms of cancer that requires immediate treatment. As a loving husband and devoted father of two beautiful children, Alice (4) and Tristan (3), Dakota has always been a pillar of strength and support for his family. Dakota is not only a strong man physically but also possesses a noble spirit that inspires everyone around him. His honesty and integrity shine through in all his actions, and he always strives to uplift those he encounters. Dakota’s faith plays a central role in his life, guiding him through both the good times and the difficult moments. As he confronts this battle with cancer, we know that his unwavering faith, determination, and the love of his family will be his greatest allies.

Dakota works for a small family-owned business, which unfortunately means, he does not have health insurance, which adds an immense financial burden to an already challenging situation. His wife, Alura, who is a wonderful stay-at-home mom, has been focused on raising their young children, and now they find themselves in need of our help.
