Support Dakota Clark's Road to Recovery
Donation protected
As most of you know, Dakota Clark is a loved member of his community. He is married to Kamrie Clark and they have two children, Dawson (8) and Montgomery (3). Dakota works as a Fire Fighter for Sparta Fire Department and loves his job. He also loves riding motorcycles and is a member of the Nozzlemen, a charitable organization of Fire Fighters, EMTs, and Paramedics that ride motorcycles to raise money for young burn victims.
On the evening of Saturday July 27th, Dakota was riding his motorcycle on his way home when a deer ran out in front of him, causing him to crash at 55 mph. He was brought to the hospital in an ambulance to be treated for serious injuries including a gash on his left arm, a broken ankle, broken clavicle, and 6 broken ribs. He was taken into surgery for his ankle and although he luckily does not need to have it amputated at this time, he will have chronic pain, minimal use of his foot and will not be able to walk for at least 3-6 months. He will remain at the hospital for treatment and will be assessed for more injuries within the coming days. Due to all of his injuries, he will likely need a wheelchair and many accommodations will need to be implemented in his home.
Between medical bills, not being able to work for several months, in home accommodations, and more, there will be a significant financial strain on Dakota and his family.
If you are able to, please consider giving to help the Clark family cover these costs, anything helps.
In addition to this, we ask for everyone to be praying for healing for Dakota and for comfort and provision for his family as they begin the journey of recovery.
