Hello, I am Dajnae Doss (day-jah-nae) also known as @DajnaeDoss I am 23 years old I live on the South Side of Chicago & I am an Artist & Natural Hair Influencer I just graduated from college in May at Western Illinois University with a 3.6 GPA a little bit about my background I live in an environment where many my people age don't make it passed 18 years old or don't even get the chance to go to college. I created a go fund me because I am struggling to pay for unwanted loans ive been doing it by myself since i was a kid and honestly, i hate to ask for help. I've been creating hair content 4-5 years to inspire black women & girls with curly hair every brand deal i've ever done I tried to pay my way through college I come from a family that isn't really family i had to pay for my own cap & gown also but i made it to the finish line. & thank you to my supporters I was able to get my degree & walk across the stage the I am currently looking for employment also since I just graduated.

I am grateful for anything that's given to me just love, support & community. mentally i've been alone since I was a little girl & i grew up in an abusive household life & perspective has changed my way of viewing but I am still managing to survive in this world Its been 2 weeks i just left my toxic abusive house hold just for a peace of mind.

My goal in life is to inspire & make an impact i talk to God often I know he has a purpose for my soul. Even if i don't reach my goal I will forever hustle & be grateful because God let me exist through it all. I create art that resonates with soft & femininity in Black woman hood. I was always a shy kid growing up people barely noticed me until now I always had straight A's in HS and took AP classes i wasn't going to go to college at first but my counselors & therapist at Curie Metropolitan inspired me to go to college that I have a purpose to be someone. my freshman year of college I stayed in my room the whole semester i didn't know how to make friends i didn't know what i needed in this world i just filmed haircare videos on tiktok to keep me occupied it was my hobby my enjoyment really my safe place and it turned into so much more it turned into a lifestyle where i was getting dms "you inspired me to go natural" & "you made me love my hair" or people would recognize me on campus. I even had brands reaching out to work with me that's when I knew it was so much more I take pride in my craft as an hair inspiration it's apart of my identity. I have bad anxiety due to being bullied & just my environment i just never seem to fit but muses aren't meant to fit.
