Support Daisie's Family in Honoring Santiago

Santiago Luna was an incredible man & father. One of the greatest men you’d would ever meet. Kind, trustworthy, loyal, dependable and the perfect example of how a man should be.

He had recently gotten sick and couldn’t work anymore, after a brief hospital stay in Feb 2021 resulting in him losing all his sodium in body severely damaging his nervous system. It was a long road to recovery, slowly regaining his strength and mobility back, in which his daughter Daisie took on full responsibility and care for him, the last 4 yrs.

Together they worked hard to get his health back, however this sudden life change had left its mark on him. Going from being the strongest father and husband and having everyone count on him. To coping with the fact he now had to rely on others for almost everything.

After 2 yrs he went back to work, truly giving it his all, this last summer. Ending with his daughter daughter Daisie taking an emergency flight to bring him back home last October. After his health started to rapidly decline. Taking a toll on his body, and his mentality once again he realized he couldn’t do and be the same person he was before.

Unfortunately, He had recently gotten sick again, and went into the hospital last Thursday the 26th of June. We all were expecting him to pull through because he’s the toughest guy we know. However, after a long fight, he went into liver failure and he passed away on July 6th 2024.

Leaving behind his wife, daughter, son in law, stepson, and 7 grandchildren. Please help Daisie and her family to allow him to have an amazing memorial and celebration of life, truly deserving for the most badass person to ever live.

Santiago Luna fue un hombre y padre increíble. Uno de los hombres más grandes que jamás hayas conocido. Amable, digno de confianza, leal, fiable y el ejemplo perfecto de cómo debe ser un hombre.

Recientemente se había enfermado y ya no podía trabajar, después de una breve estadía en el hospital en febrero de 2021, lo que le provocó la pérdida de todo el sodio del cuerpo, dañando gravemente su sistema nervioso. Juntos trabajaron duro para recuperar su salud, sin embargo este repentino cambio de vida había dejado huella en él. Pasar de ser el padre y esposo más fuerte y que todos cuenten con él. Para afrontar el hecho de que ahora tenía que depender de otros para casi todo.

Después de 2 años volvió a trabajar, dándolo todo de verdad, este último verano. Terminando con su hija Daisie tomando un vuelo de emergencia para traerlo de regreso a casa en octubre pasado. Después su salud comenzó a deteriorarse rápidamente. Pasando factura a su cuerpo y a su mentalidad, una vez más se dio cuenta de que no podía ser la misma persona que era antes.

Desafortunadamente, recientemente se había enfermado nuevamente y fue ingresado en el hospital el pasado jueves 26 de junio. Todos esperábamos que saliera adelante porque es el tipo más duro que conocemos. Sin embargo, después de una larga lucha, sufrió una insuficiencia hepática y falleció el 6 de julio de 2024.

Dejando atrás a su esposa, hija, hijastro y tres nietos. Por favor, ayude a Daisie y su familia a permitirle tener un increíble homenaje y una celebración de la vida, realmente merecedora de la persona más ruda que jamás haya existido.
