Support Daisha's Opera Dream in Italy

Hi, I’m Daisha Venson from Houston, Texas, and I grew up in Fort Bend County. From a young age, I immersed myself in the arts through writing, singing, and theatre, with a special love for singing. After high school, I pursued my passion for music at Fisk University in Nashville, where I study voice with Professor Gwendolyn Brown. I am a current Fisk Jubilee Singer apart of the Denyce Graves Foundation and the Nashville Opera HBCU Youth Program.

This summer, I’ve been given an incredible opportunity to study opera in Italy through the Opera Seme program. It’s a dream come true, but to make it a reality, I need some financial support.
