My name is Daiana Reyes, I am a mother and provider so asking for help is not easy for me. I have found myself in a position of great need at this moment, where I’m asking for help from anyone willing. Over a week ago I was informed that my diabetes has now traveled to my eyes creating a hole that now required immediate surgery. If not repaired there is a great possibility of loosing my sight.

I am a widowed single mother who is the only provider of my home. I am also responsible for taking care of my 87 year old mother who’s had recent heart surgery, as well as my 99 year old father who has progressing dementia. As you can imagine living paycheck to paycheck as a lot of us do is not ideal for my situation.

In order to get this surgery that will save my eyesight I am desperately asking for help to cover what my insurance will not. Leaving me to pay the remaining $2,739 with only 4 weeks to come up with the difference. It’s my goal to reach.

I know how tough life is yet there’s nothing I would not do for my family and those I love. Although you may not know me, we have all found ourselves in a position where a helping hand could be an answered prayer.

So I ask if you have ever found yourself in a similar situation with the means to help I would be forever grateful.
