Hello! My dad has been diagnosed with Stage 4 B-Cell Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma. Luckily, he is a good match for chemotherapy and has recently done his first round. He will soon be transferred to a skilled nursing facility to undergo rehabilitation while doing chemotherapy. However, our insurance copay will be at least $10,000 (yearly deductible is $4900 and the year is about to close). My dad is 72 years old and retired, my mom is 68 years old and only works part-time, and I am still a graduate student. We are hoping to ease the financial burden for our medical expenses, especially since my dad has worked so hard to give his family a better life in the US.
