Hi everyone,

We’re reaching out to ask for your support. A fire recently broke out in the apartment directly above our father’s, and while his unit wasn’t directly engulfed in flames, the aftermath has been devastating and the damage left behind has been overwhelming. Smoke, water, and mold have destroyed most of what he owned, including furniture, clothing, important documents, and treasured photos. Things that hold not just value, but memories.

His apartment is now uninhabitable, and although we did our best to salvage what we could, the losses are deep and painful. Unfortunately, insurance only goes so far, and the costs of cleanup, replacement, and finding a new place to live are more than he can manage on his own.

If you know our dad, you know he’s always the first to show up when someone needs help. Offering his time, his hands, and his heart without expecting anything in return. He’s given so much to others, and now he’s the one in need, even though he’d never ask for it himself.

We’re asking on his behalf. Any amount you’re able to give would mean so much to our family. And if you can’t donate, simply sharing this message would be deeply appreciated.
