Hi, my name is Carol. I'm starting this for my good friend Cynthia Webb. Cynthia's daughter, Randa, passed away unexpectedly on March 13th. Randa was born with Down syndrome, but that didn't stop her from being the sweetest and most caring girl you could ever meet. Everyone that met her loved her. Cynthia is beyond heartbroken.
