My sister met Cyle in 2020 and quickly they fell in love. When it was time for him to move from Alaska to Florida with the Air Force she moved with him. When he got out, they came back to Southern Illinois. Their world was rocked this past weekend when Cyle passed out and hit his head calling for a hospital visit. After being stitched up, they wanted to monitor him due to a high heart rate. On Monday 5/12, Cyle had an echo that revealed a mass on his heart. The doctors at deaconess transferred him to SLU where he has gone through a series of tests this week. The final outcome is Cyle has a golf ball sized angiosarcoma on his right ventricle interior and exterior . This type of malignant tumor is very rare only 15 cases in the last 25 years at MD Anderson. The medical team at SLU have done all they can safely and have referred Cyle to MD Anderson in Huston, Texas. To know Cyle is to love his easy going and sarcastic personality. Over the next several weeks they are going to need all the prayers, love, and support they would offer to anyone else. Brittany will also be traveling to Houston with Cyle and will need assistance with food, hotel, gas, etc. God can do anything and I'm praying for a miracle, please join with me to do the same.
