Support Cyle in His Battle Against Hodgkin Lymphoma

As many of you may have heard, my brother-in-law, Cyle Westerfield, has recently been diagnosed with Hodgkin lymphoma - stage 2B, a type of cancer that attacks the lymphatic system and weakens the immune system.

Cyle is not just a cancer patient; he is a devoted husband to Kayla and a loving father to their beautiful 7-month-old daughter, Riley. He is a son, brother, uncle and friend to many. A proud US Marine Corps veteran and a Romeoville High School graduate from the class of 2011, Cyle has always shown incredible strength and resilience.

Instead of celebrating their first year of marriage and cherishing moments with their newborn, Cyle and his family are facing an unexpected and overwhelming challenge. The intense symptoms from his diagnosis have already forced significant changes in their lives. While we are incredibly grateful for the dedicated medical team and treatment plan that Cyle is receiving, the reality is that he will need to take intermittent time off work to focus on his recovery.

As Cyle’s “sick” time is quickly running out, the financial burden is becoming increasingly heavy for their family. This journey will be a long road to recovery, and it’s proving difficult to manage their finances on a single income during this critical time.
