Thank you for reading this, my name is Cuyler. I have a hard time asking for help, and I've tried hard. When I came to a couple friends asking for help, they wrote the following for me and encouraged me to create a GFM for myself. I felt touched to see myself through someone else's eyes.

Our friend Cuyler (he/she) is a hardworking and dedicated single parent of an 11 year old daughter who is struggling to make June rent. Can you please help?

Cuyler was a stay at home parent for 10 years living rurally and experiencing deep life long isolation from community. Her move to Olympia in 2023 marks her first real opportunity to cultivate connections and support her friends in over a decade.

Cuyler has been looking for a roommate for several months, and has secured one who can move in July.

Despite working full time as a caregiver and board member of a small local co-op, she has exhausted her resources: she was living primarily off savings until finding employment just after Christmas. Illness and personal circumstances have affected her ability to work in the very recent past.

Cuyler is kind, reliable, hilarious, super smart, and a highly skilled caregiver. Asking for help is difficult, please circulate widely and help our friend.
