Hi everyone! I am asking if you guys will help me get to Italy to properly learn Italian cuisine. This program is a month long (150hr) of classes that cover Italian meals, breads, and desserts.

I have always had a love for learning this cuisine, even working in different restaurants like St. Cecilia and The Betty in Atlanta, but it just never was the same techniques. Not only will this be a fun trip, it will be a helpful one for my career. This experience will help me hone in on my skills even more, which I can use in the future and maybe even teach others.
