The Chefs de Cuisine Association of America, Inc. is a national organization of executive chefs, chefs, sous chefs, pastry chefs, and their friends in the culinary and hospitality worlds. Founded in 1916, the Association counts Georges Auguste Escoffier as one of its early board members. Escoffier was a French chef, restaurateur, and culinary writer who popularized and updated traditional French cooking methods.

As an organization we have a long history and tradition of offering scholarships and support to young passionate talents in their early stages in culinary institutions. We also serve to strengthen the bonds of friendship and cooperation among members of the culinary profession by encouraging chefs to actively engage in the exchange of creative concepts and provides networking and mentoring opportunities among upcoming and more seasoned professionals.
