Support C's Fight: Keep Random Reasons Alive

Random Reasons to Live is a Tumblr blog that has been going on for over 5 years.

Each day, 5 new reasons are posted, most of which are submitted by the community.

This helps people who are feeling suicidal or alone to remember that there are good things out there to look forward to, and that even the smallest things are important.

For years, the owner of the blog, C, spent a lot of his free time time putting reasons into the queue. There are currently over 11,800 reasons. C always made sure that the Queue was full, so that no one would be left without a reason when they really needed one.

In august, C was diagnosed with stage 4 melanoma. Even while dealing with this, he continued to put things into the queue. Its always been important to him that people know they aren't alone.

In early Janurary 2025, C's health took a downturn and he is now in the hospital, fighting for his life.

With C in the hospital, his family is struggling to keep financially afloat. C was the main income earner and with him in the hospital, financial issues have become overwhelming.

I, N, am trying to focus all of my time and attention on him, and the bills and whatnot have started to pile up. Having these struggles in the back of my mind while I am supporting my husband's fight for life is... well, its a lot.
