Support Crystal's Fight Against Hodgkin's Lymphoma

You have cancer. Three words you never want to hear. Unfortunately, when it comes to our family, these words are becoming more common. On Friday, October 11, 2024, my sister got that call that her biopsy was positive for Hodgkin’s lymphoma.

Crystal watched me fight my own battle with Hodgkin’s back in 2010. So you can imagine our surprise that my one and only sibling would be diagnosed with the same exact cancer almost 15 years later. Thankfully, her cancer was caught early. She’s stage 1A, which will require 4 rounds of chemotherapy (8 treatments), along with numerous CT scans, lab work, pulmonary function tests, and at least another PET scan. If all goes as planned, chemo will begin on Friday, November 22nd, and be completed on February 28th.
