Support Crystal De Leeuw's Battle with Breast Cancer

For those of you who are unaware, earlier this year Crystal De Leeuw (formerly Matuszewski for all you volleyball players), was diagnosed with Triple Negative Breast Cancer (TNBC). TNBC is very aggressive and more difficult to treat. The plan is to throw everything at it and stop the spread while shrinking it as well. She and her husband (Andy) met with the oncologist back in February to discuss the treatment plan. She is currently receiving chemo once a week for 12 weeks (2 more to go!), then she will start a different chemo cocktail for a total of 4 times but 21 days apart. 6 months of chemo total. She is also currently receiving an experimental drug, Keytruda, every three weeks that will also attack the cancer cells. This drug alone costs $11,000 per treatment. With this diagnosis, Andy has missed work in order to be there and support Crystal throughout her treatments. It is our hope that you could join us in the fight in order to offset the medical and daily living costs that continue to accrue for them.
