Brian Thom - A Loving Husband and Father, Remembered and Loved
With heavy hearts, we share the devastating news that Brian, a beloved husband, father, son, brother, cousin, nephew, uncle, and friend, passed away unexpectedly on 3/20/25 from a heart attack. His passing has left an immeasurable void in our lives, and we are heartbroken by this sudden loss.
Brian had a heart of gold. He would literally give you the shirt off his back and the socks off his feet. He had compassion for people that had been in his life from day one and people he just met. He was the sunlight on a cloudy day.
Brian and his wife, Crystal, were soulmates. They met at 19, and she knew the night of their first date that he was the man she was going to marry and told her mother so. He was her rock. They were about to celebrate their 24th wedding anniversary on March 31st.
Brian was a caring father to his two children, Kaylee and Sawyer (Emilee). He truly was the best father they could've ever asked for. He always knew exactly what to say to make them feel better. He always knew when they needed a hug or when a serious conversation was needed. Their memories are filled with smiles, laughter, and happiness.
Brian loved music, cars, dirt bike riding, campfires, cooking, art, and so much more. His biggest passion in life was his family and friends. His presence will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
This is a time of immense grief and uncertainty, and we are facing not only the emotional toll of this loss but also the practical challenges that come with it. Crystal is now navigating a new chapter as a single parent, and we are reaching out to our community for support as we navigate these difficult times.
We are seeking help with cremation expenses, household bills, two celebrations of life, etc. Any contribution, no matter how small, will make a significant difference in easing the financial burden and allowing Crystal and the children to grieve without the added stress of financial hardship.
Thank you for your love, support, and prayers during this incredibly difficult time. We are grateful for the outpouring of kindness and compassion we have received from our friends, family, and community.
