Our beloved prep cook and dishwasher, Cruz was hit by a car in a hit and run this past weekend and will be unable to work for the next 6 months. We are hoping to raise this money in order to support him financially during his 6-month recovery period. Cruz is kind, generous, easy-going, and a bright light to all that interact with him.
