Cristy has always poured her heart into her salon, creating a welcoming space for her clients and community. Since 2020, she has faced one challenge after another, beginning with the impact of Covid on her small business. After that, her building location of 22 years was torn down causing an expensive and time-consuming move. Despite her determination and hard work, the past few years have been incredibly tough, and she has continued to show up for her clients and employees even as the world changed around her.

Also during this time, Cristy's health has taken a difficult turn. She was diagnosed with spinal stenosis, a very painful condition that has gradually taken away her ability to stand up straight, walk without a walker, and see as many clients as she was usually able to. The job she loves has become very difficult, and now she needs spine surgery to have a chance at regaining her mobility. The recovery will require her to take a significant amount of time away from work, which is already a financial strain.

Cristy is the most 'can do' person you could ever meet—always ready to help others and support those she loves. She has given so much to her community and her clients over the years, and now it's our turn to give back. The funds raised will help cover medical costs that insurance may not cover, support her living expenses while she recovers, and help keep her beloved salon afloat during her absence.
