Support Cristofer Rodriguez's Family Recovery

Hi, my name is Justin Young. I am with Holder Construction, and I wanted to set this up to try and help a great hardworking team member of ours named Cristofer Rodriguez. Cris's wife and two small children were in a car accident recently which resulted in Cris's five-year-old son breaking his arm, and his wife having to be put into a medically induced coma so she could undergo several surgeries to help stop internal bleeding and other complications. Cris is now having to stay home to take care of his family while his wife is healing, which has forced him to take an unpaid leave of absence. Cris has been a crucial part in helping drive much of the labor force in the push to close out QTS and has taken a great amount of responsibility for being so new to the company and industry. Cris has a bright future with us, and I think it would be great to donate anything possible to help a team member who is down.
