Support Evelyn Crash’s Urgent Surgery and Recovery

I’m starting this fundraiser for my amazing sister who many of you may know as Evelyn Crash. She's been suffering from endometriosis along with other chronic illnesses for several years. But recently, the endometriosis cysts have gotten bigger, and spread throughout her ovaries, tubes, and uterus. We have lost count of how many times she’s been to the ER this past year due to the intense pain. Sometimes she has to be bedridden for the day or longer because she can’t walk from it.

Recently, she had another trip to the ER and almost had to get emergency surgery, but thanks to the fast response from the team taking care of her, they were able to stabilize her so that she could see a specialist to recommend next steps. The gynecologist indicated urgent surgery is necessary due to the growth in size of the cysts and the amount that they have spread throughout her body. The procedure itself is incredibly invasive and may turn into a full hysterectomy during the process.

If you know my sister, you know how selfless, caring, and hardworking she is. She’s currently a 911 Operator with recognition and life-saving awards because of how amazing and caring she is for the public at work. She’s always taking care of everyone around her inside and outside of work, and I couldn’t be more proud of her. However, she is also very stubborn and never asks for help when she needs it, even when she’s really suffering. So I am here to ask for help for her.

The surgery is planned for June 10th and insurance luckily covers a majority, but there are still emergency ER visits, ambulance trips, specialty visits, and medication that has continued to put a strain on her financially. She has also been providing for our small family for years and recently moved them up with her and is taking care of them in her current residence. Her job isn’t able to pay for her leave for surgery and recovery time, estimating at least a full month, as well as recent days she’s had to miss due to the pain she’s still suffering from. So you can only imagine how much stress she’s been in, worried about not being able to take care of bills, groceries, etc., not only for her but a small family of three and their animals, who are their children.

She has been making props and gorgeous oddity frames to sell for funds, but she needs more help. Any amount makes a difference, and we will be forever grateful for the help, love, support, anything you can give.
