It breaks our hearts to share the devastating news that my brother-in-law, Terry Morgan, was tragically killed early this morning in a terrible accident. On his way home from a small gathering, Terry was involved in a minor collision. While outside his car, speaking with the others involved—doing what any good, responsible person would do—he was struck by another vehicle. In just a split second, his life was taken.

Terry was only 35 years old. He leaves behind my sister, Cristina, and their six beautiful children: Mariah, Sophia, Kataliah, Terry Jr., and their youngest—twin boys, Tayson and Terryn. Their entire world changed in an instant. One moment, they were a family whole… and the next, they were left with unimaginable grief, heartbreak, and uncertainty.

Terry was everything to his family. He was their provider, their protector, their joy. Cristina has been a full-time stay-at-home mom for years, devoting herself completely to raising and homeschooling their children. Now she finds herself facing an unthinkable reality—navigating the loss of her soulmate while trying to stay strong for six grieving children who keep asking when their dad is coming home.

We are setting up this GoFundMe in hopes of easing even a small part of the enormous burden Cristina now carries. The money raised will go directly toward helping her and the kids with funeral costs, rent, bills, and the many day-to-day expenses that Terry always shouldered with quiet strength and love.
