Support Cristian’s Recovery

As many of you already know, my loving brother, Cristian Saavedra, suffered a stroke Saturday, February 4, 2023.

Cristian was transported to Methodist Hospital where he is now recovering in the ICU. Although he is showing positive signs of recovery, there has been a tumor found in his heart that will need to be removed through open-heart surgery in the coming weeks.

As doctors move forward with treatment and surgery we have made this page for those who wish to contribute towards medical costs as he recovers. Post-surgery, Doctors expect that Cristian will undergo six months to a year of speech therapy and depending on the outcome of his surgery, could spend some time in a rehab center. We are praying for the best outcome and hope that after a month spent in the Hospital, Cristian will be discharged and transition to full recovery mode.

We cannot say thank you enough to the many of you who have already shown so much love toward Cristian. We appreciate the kind gestures, prayers and support shown toward my brother and our family.

Many of you know Cristian to be a generous, loving and kind human, he is that and much more. Together we will get him through this. ❤️
