Crista, my friend and coworker, was diagnosed with breast cancer on April 1st, 2025. Since her diagnosis, she has faced an incredibly tough journey, including rounds of chemotherapy, radiation, and a double mastectomy. Unfortunately, her recovery was complicated by unexpected setbacks, and she needed a second surgery. Through it all, Crista has shown remarkable strength and resilience, but the challenges have taken a toll on her and her family.

As Crista continues to recover, the financial strain has become overwhelming. The funds raised through this campaign will help cover mounting medical bills, housing payments, and the basic necessities that are so important during this time. With Crista still unable to return to work, every bit of support will help ease the burden and allow her to focus on healing.
