A Journey from Homelessness to Hope

When I was a teenager, life threw me into a whirlwind of challenges. With my daughter by my side, we faced the harsh reality of homelessness and poverty. Every day was a struggle, but through sheer determination and the kindness of strangers, we managed to survive. Our story is one of resilience, hope, and the unwavering belief that everyone deserves a safe and secure place to call home.

Today, I am proud to be part of an ambitious partnership with Crisis, Lloyds Banking Group, and Simon Community.

Together, we believe that homelessness is not inevitable. Our mission is to improve access to truly affordable, high-quality homes and provide tailored support to those who have experienced homelessness. We aim to help individuals rebuild their lives and reach their full potential.

Thanks to the incredible generosity of our supporters, we have surpassed £3 million in fundraising. This achievement is a testament to the power of community and the shared belief that we can make a difference. But our work is far from over. More people than ever across the UK are facing homelessness and need our support.

To raise even more funds and awareness, l am embarking on a deeply personal trek across the Sahara Desert from the 22nd of November 2025 to the 29th of November 2025. This journey symbolises the challenges faced by those experiencing homelessness and my commitment to making a difference. Your support for this trek will help us continue our vital work.
