Dad has been diagnosed with a stage 4 aggressive cancer. He is trying to decide where to go from here but please keep your thoughts and prayers coming for strength, comfort and peace. This is devastating for all of us but we will not give up the fight!

Tuesday, February 18, 2025, my dad, Cris Butts checked into Penrose Hospital in Colorado Springs, Colorado after months of fighting debilitating pain, excessive weight loss and severe weakness.

Although we do not have definitive answers because we are waiting on test results, Dad has a long road ahead of him, both medically and financially.

To know Cris is to love him and we all have stories of how he was always there for each and every one of us and we are grateful for it. We can all be there for him in his time of need although we know he won’t ask.

Anything and everything can and will help, even if it is only prayers. We appreciate all of your thoughts, prayers and financial help!

All money will go to medical bills for hospital stays and treatment, fuel for travel for dad and Linda Hammang and anything else Cris will need.
