Support for International Mentorship Exchange & Delegation Opportunity in Poland

Dear Reader,

I hope this finds you well. My name is Cree Marion, and I am a student at Grand Valley State University pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management. I am also an alumnus of Novi High School in Michigan. Unlike most students, I was raised by my grandmother and she taught me the value of education and life-long learning.

I am honored to have been selected for an incredible opportunity to participate in an international mentorship exchange through Grand Valley State University’s Seidman Mentorship Program (SMP), hosted by Krakow University of Economics (UEK) in Poland—a partnership that has flourished for 50 years, strengthening academic collaboration between the two institutions.

This prestigious program is designed to develop future industry leaders by providing hands-on global business experience, delegation experience and cultural exposure. As part of this exchange, I will be personally paired with a global business professional and a student from UEK, gaining invaluable insight into international markets, logistics, networking, and supply chain strategies. This experience will not only shape my career aspirations but also allow me to bring valuable global perspectives back to my community.

To fully participate in this program, I am seeking to raise $7,000 to cover travel, housing, food, land transportation, and program expenses. I am reaching out to individuals and organizations that support education, leadership development, and international collaboration. Any contribution, no matter the amount, will help me take part in this transformative experience and represent Grand Valley State University on a global stage.
