Hi everyone. If you are seeing this fundraiser, it's because you personally know Timothy Craig Branch, or you know someone that knows him and they felt moved enough to share this.
You may or may not know, but Craig recently received a cancer diagnosis. The good news is that it is one of the mildest and very treatable cancers, Squamous Cell Carcinoma. In the beginning, he was told there would only be 8 weeks of treatments, 5 days a week consisting of chemo and radiation that would last less than an hour each time. As more testing was done, and more doctors became involved, specifically the radiation doctor, it was determined that due to Stage 3 Kidney Disease, he is unable to have radiation due to the risk involved with his kidneys. The treatment plans have changed to chemo without radiation, so that means additional treatments are needed.
This week he has 2 appointments, first is the PET scan, then he goes back to the Oncologist for follow-up, treatment plan, and chemo training.
If you know Craig personally, you know his faith is incredibly strong, and he is leaving it all in God's hands to heal him alongside his medical team. The issue at hand now is the great financial burden that comes along with the illness, treatment, and aftercare.
If you feel led to donate, that will help with those costs along with his daily expenses, because we all know those don't stop just because we have other things going on.
If you are unable to donate, please keep Craig in your prayers as he goes through this battle.
