Dear Friends and Family,

I launched this fundraiser to support our road back to stability. My brother Michael (Stage IV Kidney/Amputee) and I (Diabetes) have been struggling here in Charlotte. The high costs of renting rooms and cars for work took a heavy toll on our finances. The generous donations that we have received have been instrumental in helping us keep a roof over our heads, pay for medicines, storage, food and more. Although our situation has improved we are now facing a short term issue. I am no longer driving for rideshare. Money is real low. We need a little more help.

I am interviewing and applying at several places but it will take a couple of weeks to get money coming in. . Your donation would allow me to rent a car and start earning again immediately. I have also begun applying for my social security but I lost my license and am awaiting the replacement. I need it to complete my application. Once this begins in November/December we will finally have a semblance of security.
