Hurricane Helene has devastated the mountain communities of Western North Carolina and Asheville. Entire businesses and communities have been destroyed, and recovery will take months.

Our HR firm provides fractional HR services to small businesses and non-profits - we are their HR department and work with their people and teams daily. Our team is working hard to provide support to our clients, although power, water, internet, and mobile phone signals, as well as open roads and travel, will be our challenges for weeks ahead.

Recognizing the significant needs now and ahead, we are raising funds to ensure business continuity for our client businesses and nonprofits. We may use funds to provide direct support to our clients’ employees, help our community with recovery and relief, or subsidize our services to provide the extra support people will need with their lives outside of work.
