During these difficult times, small independent restaurants are struggling to stay in business. With the spread of COVID-19, the threat has impacted all New Yorkers, and my parents’ restaurant is no different. They started their Mexican restaurant, Coyote Bohemio, in 2010 after selling tamales for almost a decade on the streets of Hell’s Kitchen. My parents know hard work; they work seven days a week almost 14 hours a day investing in their small family business. COVID-19 has shut down many businesses, but the cost of living remains the same and the fear of shutting down the restaurant has become more and more of a reality with each passing day.
The restaurant employs three people: my dad, mom and uncle. My younger brother, older sister and myself have all worked at the restaurant. This is a true family business!
I am asking for your help. Please help me help them continue living their American dream by donating whatever you can to keep the restaurant afloat. Your donations will go to the bills and the pay of their employees and will allow a small Mexican restaurant to continue serving the community.
We are grateful for all of your generosity. If you are by the area, please order take out/delivery: https://www.seamless.com/menu/coyote-bohemio-5519-myrtle-ave-ridgewood/263610
