The recent floods in the Pacific Northwest have had a devastating impact on our team. Many of our coworkers have been forced to evacuate their homes, with some experiencing severe structural damage and others facing significant property loss. The suddenness of the disaster has left families scrambling to find safe places to stay and to cover unexpected expenses, all while coping with the emotional toll of displacement and uncertainty.

Our employee assistance program is stepping up to help those most affected. We are raising funds to support repairs to homes and properties, provide relief for hotel stays, and cover out-of-pocket costs that have arisen due to the flooding. Every dollar raised will go directly to helping our coworkers get back on their feet and restore a sense of normalcy during this challenging time.

Now is the time to pull together for each other. We prioritize giving back to our communities when they need us, and now we have an opportunity to give back to our own and help a coworker or family member in need. Your support—no matter the amount—will make a real difference. We are stronger together, and with your help, we can ensure that no one faces this crisis alone.
