Support Courtney's Journey to Recovery

Hello everyone!

As many know, Courtney was admitted to the hospital on July, 29th following a serious medical event. Against all odds, she successfully weaned off of ECMO life support, and then her ventilator, and then slowly but surely came to. After several months in the ICU she transitioned to Mary Free Bed where she has been rehabbing since. We have received a lot of questions from her large group of friends, family, and colleagues asking how they can help and inquiring about a Go Fund Me. We have reached a point where we are talking about discharge home which is very exciting but also raises some challenges surrounding making sure her home is accessible and that she has appropriate and safe transportation to appointments. We all deeply appreciate the love and support that she has received. For those who can and want to help, this money will go towards making sure her home is accessible, that she has transportation, toward the cost of prosthetics, and that medical bills are covered.

Again, we all are so thankful for the amazing support that Courtney has received in the past 5 months. We all know that she is a fighter and consistently overcomes all odds placed against her and she will continue to do so.
