“Our family has received some difficult news on Christmas Day. Our daughter-in-law, Courtney, has been diagnosed with AML (Acute Myeloid Leukemia).

We are currently waiting on genetic testing results, which should hopefully be back by the end of the week. These results are critical because they will tell the doctors exactly which targeted treatments will be most effective for her.

While we wait and prepare for the road ahead, a GoFundMe has been set up to help Courtney and Devin cover medical expenses and daily needs so they can focus entirely on her healing. She will be in the hospital for close to a month to receive the treatment. Devin is being absolutely amazing and staying by her side the entire time.
