Three months ago, my life changed when I was diagnosed with cancer. Since then, every day has been a challenge—not just physically and emotionally, but financially as well. I’ve always tried to handle things on my own, but the reality of my situation has made it nearly impossible to keep up with my financial responsibilities.
Because of my diagnosis, I am unable to work. I rely on government insurance, but the strict income limits mean I can’t earn enough to cover basic living expenses like rent, car payments, and everyday essentials. The stress of trying to make ends meet while focusing on my health has been overwhelming.
It’s very hard for me to come on here and ask for help. I’ve never been comfortable reaching out like this, and it feels like I’m asking for a handout. But right now, I need support more than ever. I would be extremely thankful and grateful for any kindness or generosity from people—even those I’ve never met—who are willing to help me through this difficult time.
