Support Courtney In Her Fight Against ALS
Donation protected
As many of you know, Courtney and Frank went to Mayo Clinic in January to get to the bottom of Courtney’s recent health issues. There they received the hard news that Courtney has ALS, also known as Lou Gehrig’s disease.
ALS is a progressive neurodegenerative disease that affects nerve cells in the brain and spinal cord. It leads to muscle weakness and diminishes physical function, eventually leading to paralysis. While therapy and medicine can slow the symptoms, there is no cure for ALS.
This has been a devastating time for the Phinneys as they navigate this shocking news. The financial burden for their family is already significant and it will only increase. The cost of equipment and treatment is considerable.
Please consider donating to help alleviate the financial strain on Courtney and Frank as they focus on time with the boys and Courtney’s health. Every dollar counts.
Donating will help them with:
- Medical bills
- Equipment (current needs are a custom wheelchair to an accessible van)
- Home modifications
- Ongoing treatment
Courtney and Frank are humbled yet grateful for all of your support. Together, we can help ease this huge financial burden as they face this difficult journey.
Thank you.
