Support Courtney Craver's MS Battle

Hi, we’re David and Austin, reaching out for help on behalf of our beloved wife and mother, Courtney Craver. In June, Courtney suddenly lost feeling in her legs, which led to several hospital visits throughout the summer. Lesions were found in her brain and spine during this time. She was able to return home in August, but her health continued to decline. Later in the summer, lesions were also found on her liver, but they were recently diagnosed as benign. By September, she was back in the hospital, and now, as we approach Christmas, she is in the ER again with blurred vision. Her neurologist requested that she be admitted to the ER, as MS outbreaks must be treated immediately to prevent worsening or permanent damage.

In August, Courtney was officially diagnosed with multiple sclerosis, and her life has been filled with constant challenges ever since. Faith and prayers have gotten us through these tough times, but we are needing some help as we face the unknowns of 2025. The current episode of MS could last well into 2025, meaning she’ll need to take most of next year off work. This has caused a significant loss of income, and our family is feeling the financial strain.

Courtney is the heart and soul of our family. She has always put everyone else first, whether it’s photographing weddings, caring for animals, supporting our community, or spearheading our family's fostering journey. Right now, she is struggling with this debilitating condition. She’s on multiple pain medications and remains physically disabled, needing help getting up and walking at times. The lesions also remain on her back. The good news is she’s been approved for an MS treatment that will start in February. She’s also getting an ice bath and other equipment to help manage inflammation and outbreaks, which will be a big help. But even with these treatments, she’s unable to work, and she needs our support.

We’re asking for your help. Any donation you can contribute will go toward covering medical expenses, everyday costs, the specialized equipment Courtney needs to manage her symptoms, and her loss of photography income. Your generosity will give her the ability to focus on her recovery without constantly worrying about how to make ends meet.
