Support Courtney Bennett’s Battle Against Stage 4 Cancer
Donation protected
After being born with the rare blood disorder, Henoch-Schönlein Purpura, Courtney Bennett has had her ups and downs with her health. If you know her, she’s navigated these challenges with grace and determination, working as a CNA (certified nurse’s assistant) when she was healthy enough while trying to raise two children, Matteo and Meilani, as a single mother.
Last June, Courtney discovered she has Stage 4 B-cell non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma. She’s undergone intense chemotherapy and radiation treatments for eight months now, and sadly, the cancer has spread into her bone marrow and is attacking her platelets. The financial and emotional strain on the entire Bennett family has been immense.
We’ve started this fundraiser to help alleviate some of the financial burden as Courtney continues to fight. This will help the family pay for treatments and expenses not covered by insurance, as well as take care of the children, so Courtney can focus on healing.
