Support a Counselor Serving in the Urban Mission Field get permanent residence

Hello friends,

Thank you for stopping by here. As I mentioned in my letter, I’ve been serving as a professional counselor at The Place of Refuge in Kensington, Philadelphia—a faith-based, trauma-informed mental health ministry that provides care to underserved adults in the inner city. Since 2016, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside individuals in deep pain, offering Christ-centered counseling and hope.

I’m currently applying to change my current work visa for a U.S. permanent residence (EB-2 National Interest Waiver). While I meet the qualifications, the application process is costly. I’m raising $2000 to cover part of the government filing fee, the premium processing fee and I’m doing the application myself to avoid the high cost of legal representation.
