We are so sad to share that one of Sequoia's family members, Cotton has been diagnosed with cancer, specifically Lymphoma. Cotton is a beloved member of our 'bully family' which consists of 20+ adopters and their bullies rescued from a backyard breeder.

She's been relatively healthy, other than allergies. Until recently, when her family took her to the vet concerned about her lymph nodes. The vet ran tests and confirmed their fears - large cell lymphoma. They are working with Veterinary Cancer Group, Dr. Schuh for her treatment.

Her treatment plan consists of 4 rounds of chemo, with a cost of $4k per session, totaling $16k. The family is currently looking into their insurance coverage, but it will still cost thousands.

If you have a dog, you know they are more than just that, they are family. They have already started treatment and as you can imagine, it's been a strain on her family. She is best friends with her human baby sister, loves blankets, food and her family.

We are asking for help to support Cotton and her family during this incredibly difficult time. No amount is too small and if you can't contribute financially, prayers and good vibes are always encouraged.
