Help mom pay cosmos surgery bill

Hey, My name is Amanda I’m a single mom of 3 kids there father has been in prison sense 2019, I work full time and last year my kids was gifted a puppy they named him COSMO he is a pit mix breed he has his shots and is microchipped, he is so sweet and loving & always SO happy and excited, we went for a long walk we came back inside he ran and jump onto the couch then back off but landed wrong and immediately started yelping for about a minute, he couldn’t move he was in a shock and pain, Cosmo is big but he is only about 8 months old birthday is June 16th 2024, I’m already dealing with my car just broke down night before it is in shop now, it’s the converter? It’s a lot to fix, then Cosmo hurt his self so I’m like oh no it’s Feb. 1st rent is due car is messed up and Cosmo needs to see a vet asap. I call around and try to find the cheapest I could find, I found the pet vet on Patton animal hospital, the bill was $246 I got it took it out my rent, and my 13 year old son put his $40 with it he said here mommy put this towards the bill. He needed a xray which confirmed his left shoulder is fractured. He was given a weeks worth of pain medication, a week. Cosmo is much better with the medication he is still in pain but it helps him relax and sleep. She gave me 4 options, 1 amputation which is ok but the cost of surgery is expensive it’s more like 18,000 I could possibly check around and find cheaper , 2 pain meds for the rest of his life and just deal with the pain and limp , he can’t even walk it’s his front leg, shoulder he can’t put any weight at all on it, 3 surgery and that’s 3,000 just for the surgery not including to put him to sleep for it, and the 4th option is just unbearable my kids are devastated to think about number 4 option. We love Cosmo , there dad is gone and they feel a sense of trust and bond with Cosmo they love him and he loves us. He is overly happy and excited I would say that’s how he fell and hurt his self. Please help me help him. Help Cosmo get surgery so he can walk again so he can not be in PAIN he hurts he is use to running around and he just can’t even move . We are sad. Any thing at all is appreciated. Every dollar counts and will be all for cosmos care . He has been to the pet vet once but I can get recommendations for a different vet I can get his surgery done he needs it. He is hurting. We love him so much.
