Support Cosmo Zuk's Life-Saving Liver Transplant

Hi, this is Joani, and I am reaching out on behalf of Jimi Zuk and his son Cosmo, an 8-year army reserves veteran, who is currently navigating unexpected and significant life changes. Cosmo has been diagnosed with end-stage liver disease, and he is in need of a liver transplant. He has been in the hospital for several months fighting for his life as he waits to see if he is a candidate. The great news is that he was just accepted to be on the donor list!

With that comes tremendous medical bills as the insurance does not cover everything. These expenses include the surgery, post-transplant medications, ongoing treatments and travel expenses.
