Support Cory’s Recovery

While out for a bike ride Cory was struck by a Pick-Up Truck causing serious injuries. He was treated at the University of Maryland Shock Trauma Unit in Baltimore for numerous broken bones in his leg, pelvis and back. Doctors placed a titanium rod in his leg and he was also equipped with a back brace. Cory was transferred to a Rehab facility and his condition has progressed to the point of being able to go home to continue his recovery. Cory will be in a wheelchair for 10-12 weeks and must keep weight off his leg, then he begins his physical therapy.

We are raising money as a cycling community and friends to provide  funds for medical and other accident related expenses. We are thankful for his progress and everyone’s support.
